What's happening in 2026
CMS (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services) has released Medicare Part B changes for 2025. Starting in January 2026:
- Standard monthly premium for Medicare Part B is increasing to $202.90/month
- Medicare Part B deductible is increasing from $257 to $283
For higher earners who are subject to the Medicare Income-Related Monthly Adjustment Amount (IRMAA): Medicare Part B Premiums
